In 2019, Tess was the Regional Fundraising Manager of the BC Ride to Conquer Cancer. Through crafting a strategy that engaged top fundraisers and corporate teams, the event exceeded its goal by 10%, raising over $9 million for vital research.
Tess later launched a new peer-to-peer fundraiser at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, where the top fundraiser she coached raised over $47,000!

Throughout her career, Tess has secured multiple 5 and 6 figure commitments from individual donors and through grant writing to foundations. She built two major gifts portfolios from the ground-up, resulting in over 100 qualified prospects for worthwhile causes.
